Grant Brady was named head eSports coach at Dallas College Mountain View in July 2024.

In the fall of 2024, Mountain View's Super Smash Brothers Ultimate duo of Bryan Marquez and Jan Marquez advanced to the National Junior College Athletic Association eSports playoffs.  

He previously served as head coach at Dallas College Brookhaven in 2023-24. In his first season, the Bears went 16-14-1 overall, with the League of Legends team making a trip to the NJCAAe playoffs.

Prior to Brookhaven, Brady served as the assistant director of eSports at Texas Wesleyan University, where he coached Valorant and Super Smash Brothers Ultimate under the National Association of Collegiate Esports Starleague from 2021-23.

Brady co-founded the esports team at Abilene Christian University in 2018. There, he served in various roles, and was the captain of the varsity League of Legends team until 2020.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in youth and family ministry from Abilene Christian University.
